Pricing Framework

The following framework should be used to help you when planning your matrix assessment. Select the number of people delivering your IAG service to see costs.

The assessor has an indepth conversation to fully understand all the factors which can effect the cost of an assessment. Therefore, these prices are based on a non-complex IAG service.

If, during the initial planning discussions with your Assessor, it becomes clear that your organisation and your information, advice and guidance service is more complex than originally identified, the Assessor can recommend to The Growth Company what additional time will be required to fulfil a robust assessment (over and above that suggested by the framework below).

The total fees include the full assessment, a standard report and the annual Continuous Improvement Checks carried out at 12 and 24 months following a successful assessment outcome.

Report Options:


Standard Report: Report covering the key areas of the matrix Standard, providing strengths and suggested areas for improvement.

Extended Report: (£300 + VAT Extended Report): A comprehensive report covering all elements of the matrix Standard and providing strengths and development areas. Suitable for reviewing IAG practice across a wide range of services to support governance and benchmarking or where there has been significant organisational change and further insight would be useful. Your matrix assessor will be able to discuss the report options with you and you may change your decision.

*Expenses:
Your Assessor will use the information in your Booking Form to work out their expenses and will provide you with an overall figure which will be added to the cost of your assessment.

Our expenses policy is as follows:
Zone 1 – England & Wales – Capped at £120 per day with:

  • Mileage at 45p per mile
  • All other reasonable expenses charged at cost

Zone 2 – Scotland / Northern Ireland:

  • Actual cost of travel i.e. economy flights and accommodation costs at a maximum of £100 per night can be claimed.

Zone 3 – Rest of the World:

  • Actual cost of travel i.e. economy flights and reasonable (3 star) accommodation costs can be claimed.

25 to 50 People Delivering Your IAG Service – £2,100.00 (excl. Expenses* and VAT)

The total fees include the full assessment, a compact report and the annual Continuous Improvement Checks carried out 12 and 24 months following a successful assessment outcome.

Standard Report: Report covering the key areas of the matrix Standard, providing strengths and suggested areas for improvement.

Extended Report: (£300 + VAT Extended Report): A comprehensive report covering all elements of the matrix Standard and providing strengths and development areas. Suitable for reviewing IAG practice across a wide range of services to support governance and benchmarking or where there has been significant organisational change and further insight would be useful.
