Student Progression Manager, Jennifer Philips, “We are delighted to achieve the matrix Standard Accreditation. The support we offer the students is very personalised and we are determined to help them get the best possible outcome when completing their course with us. It was fantastic to hear such positive comments from students, employers and partner organisations demonstrating our high-quality IAG and unique culture of college group.”

They developed a Student Progression Team, a group within the College which focuses on the progression of Students. The key areas are Mentoring, Advocacy, Brokerage and Facilitation. This led to a Student Progression Hub which offers drop-in services providing students an opportunity to receive support in person.
