Croydon Adult Learning and Training (CALAT) have been working on their matrix Standard three year accreditation review, with Andrew Davey, matrix Practitioner.

This time they’ve used the covid19 remote assessment approach where the Practitioner uses telephone and video conferencing for meetings and interviews and have reflected how this has brought new unplanned benefits.
Francoise Gayle, Community & Support Curriculum Manager said:

"I would like to thank you for the wonderful feedback you gave us.  It is great to hear all our hard work being recognised. The staff will be so happy especially during this challenging time.

Also thank you for your highly professional and supportive approach, all the staff enjoyed talking to you. I am very appreciative of your support and it was really good to work with you.
On reflection I have got more out of this assessment than last time, although challenging but definitely gave me more time to review, reflect and understand what support staff need to go forward to the next phase."
