• Scott Parkin - in June 2021 Scott became Chief Executive of the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP), and has been a Non-executive Board Director for 7 years. He is responsible for further qualifications, framework and standards development in other areas of the UK plus the development of IEP services internationally. Scott is a member of the matrix Executive Steering Group that’s recently been formed.

• David Crosby has been a matrix Practitioner for 17 years and previously worked as an Executive at Royal Mail. During his career David had Board responsibilities for Quality Strategy, Human Resources and Vehicle Operations and has recently been awarded an MBE for his services to Further Education in Merseyside.
