emqc Ltd & The matrix Standard
As the body responsible for the matrix Standard it is emqc Ltd's responsibility to maintain the matrix register for Assessors and Advisers. Only Assessors and Advisers that have undergone a full training programme are registered.
From initial registration Assessors and Advisers are then required to undertake ongoing continuous personal development, attend ongoing training and development sessions, an annual conference as well as quality assurance feedback.
Quality assurance of Assessors includes the review of assessment plans, report, questionnaires, informal feedback and observation of practice. For Advisers quality assurance includes the review of feedback from organisations and observations of practice.
Feedback of all types is important to emqc Ltd to ensure that those responsible for delivering the services do so to the highest quality and that the services that are provided are continually developed to ensure they remain fit for purpose. emqc Ltd has a Compliments, Comments, Complaints and Appeals Policy. The matrix Standard does not have an Appeals process.
