The matrix Journey

"The business case for the matrix Standard is clear. It has changed our culture to one in which we really measure the effectiveness of what we do, and we have improved our service as a result."

Accreditation
Review
As continuous improvement is at the heart of the matrix Standard, an Accreditation Review enables Accredited organisations to demonstrate, on an on-going basis, how the elements of the Standard are contributing improvements and ensuring continued success.
Once Accredited, it is up to you how often you wish your organisation to be Reviewed against the matrix Standard. However, the maximum period between Accreditation and Accreditation Review, is 36 months.
Whatever the period, the Accreditation Review process will be rigorous and the Registered matrix Assessor will ensure that your organisation:
- is upholding the credibility and integrity of the Standard;
- continues to meet all of the elements of the Standard;
- has considered, and, where appropriate, implemented the suggested areas for development and continuous improvement, identified in the first Assessment;
- has built on the strengths identified in the first Assessment;
- gains maximum value from the Review process, through the agreement of clear objectives with the Assessor;
- receives clear suggestions on how to further develop and improve any procedures, policies and practices.
A number of organisations have already experienced the benefits of undergoing their Accreditation Review. Please click below for a range of case studies of those organisations who have been through the Accreditation Review Process.
