The matrix Standard is a challenging, outcome based Standard that is not only a benchmark of the quality of the services an organisation provides, but a key business improvement tool that many organisations have found to be of significant benefit.
The structure of the matrix Standard means that in order to achieve accreditation organisations must plan effectively to be able to review, evaluate and develop their service; encourage the take up of professionally recognised qualifications and the continuous professional development of their staff and services.
The feedback that is provided through the support services and assessment is unique, specific and tailor made for each individual organisation. As a result, the benefits that each organisation experiences are very personalised to them. Some experience increased take-up of their services, increased contracts, greater funding, higher ROI (Return on Investment), greater achievement of client outcomes and improved business planning. What are the aims and aspirations for your organisation and service?
"As a direct result of our matrix accreditation it is estimated that productivity will rise by no less than 7.5% over the coming months and no less than 12% over the next year "

In addition accreditation to the Standard provides partners, stakeholders, staff and the public the clear indication that the services the organisation delivers are of the highest standard and subject to rigorous external assessment.
"We also had such a great Assessor. who had such a lovely style of questioning that put everyone at their ease and they all felt able to talk about our service. Our Assessor was hugely supportive, encouraging and friendly and it made such a difference to the 2 days."
