Kathy Leahy
Chief Executive
Kathy is responsible for managing all of the contract delivery of the matrix Standard at ENTO.
Her responsibilities include:
- Assessment and Accreditation
- Excellence Awards
- Guardianship
- Register of Practitioners
- Liaison with BIS
- Liaison with key stakeholders
Martyn Wilkinson
Business Development Manager
Martyn joined the matrix Standard Team in 2003 and his current role is Business Development Manger for the matrix Standard.
His responsibilities include:
- Management of all promotional and support functions
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the matrix Standard
- Establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders
- Development and management of matrix Standard projects
- Participation in the development of new strategy and policy associated with the matrix Standard at both a national and regional basis
- Management of the support available for organisations who are already Accredited to the matrix Standard
Kyle Davey
Assessment and Customer Support Team Leader
Working within the matrix Team for over 2 years, Kyle and his current role is Assessment and Customer Support Team Leader, where he manages the team responsible for the Assessment process.
His responsibilities include:
Management of the Assessment process, including:
- Process incoming Request for Assessment (RfA) forms
- Estimating the duration of Assessments (Scoping)
- Allocation of Assessor resource
- Liaising with Organisation throughout the Assessment Process
- Supporting the matrix Assessors through the Assessment Process
- Assisting organisations in preparation for their next Accreditation Review
- Coordinating matrix Standard Events
Kelly Cooper
Regional Development Executive
Kelly’s current role is of Regional Development Executive. Working on a national basis, Kelly is primarily responsible for engaging with individual organisations supporting them on their matrix Journey as well as engagement with key stakeholders and networks.
Her responsibilities include:
- Supporting individual organisations to their matrix Journey
- Engagement with local stakeholders and networks
- Management of local capacity building projects
